What’s been happening on TIU TILL 11? Here’s what!
How's it going? It's been a little while, but I'm back.
I haven't posted for a month, so let me tell ya what's been happening on TURN IT UP TILL 11. TURN IT UP TILL 11 welcomed THE FROST HEAVES into the studio to perform live, and that they did and quite well too. Go check them out at a local venue near you.
Also, Mr. Matt Silberstein (of THE SWILL MERCHANTS, and a familar face at the NBO) sat in as guest DJ a few weeks back. He did a wonderful job and I'd love to have him come back soon.
Last week I concocted a special Neil Young show, playing tracks from his recently released NEIL YOUNG ARCHIVES box set.
So, that leaves us in the now. This weeks TIU Till 11 will feature two, yes 2, GUEST DJ's, spinning a treasure trove of soul, funk and everything in between. Their identities will remain a secret until Sunday, when all will be revealed. Tune in, it's going to be awesome.
More live studio performances on the horizon, and special THEME shows as well (another Zappa show? Yes!) See you on the airwaves, folks!
Roger

P.S.
Show setlists are coming ASAP.

Tonight On Turn It Up Till 11, Buddy Holly Special!
Hello friends
If you're a fan of Buddy HOlly, , then you should tune in to tonights show. It's TIU TILL 11's tribute to the music and influence of Buddy HOlly. Join me and my co-host for this evening Josh Bean as we have our own little WINTER DANCE PARTY...minus the freezing cold bus, and the faulty small aircraft. Nope, none of the tragic drama, just music from Buddys faultless collection of recordings, as well as music from artists and bands that were heavily influenced by his music (Hello BEATLES!). So, tune in tonight at 9p.m. and Rave On!
Oh, WORLDS GREATEST DAD will be in the studio to perform and chit chat about whatever strikes their collective fancy NEXT SUNDAY the 22nd, not tonight. Sorry for the mix-up. Have a great week and enjoy the show!
